Scaffolding tubes for the industry
Holland Scaffold Supply supplies both aluminum and galvanized steel tubes for scaffolding and fall protection systems. All tubes have an outer diameter of Ø48.3 mm (1.9 inches) and wall thicknesses of 3.2 mm, 3.7 mm (schedule 40) or 4.0 mm, depending on the project specifications. Other diameters and wall thicknesses are available on request.
Aluminum tubes are manufactured from the alloys EN-AW 6061 T6, 6060 T66 and 6082 T6, which are known for their excellent balance of strength, corrosion resistance and lightweight, with a tensile strength of 260–310 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 240 MPa.
Steel tubes are produced from high-quality structural steel S235GT Type 4, a low-alloy material with a tensile strength of more than 400 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa. All steel tubes are hot-dip galvanized (60 microns) for long-term corrosion protection. Each tube and coupler is 100% traceable by a lot number and comes with a material test certificate (EN 10204-3.1).

Deburring and cutting to length
Every tube that leaves our factory is carefully deburred to ensure smooth edges and safe handling during on-site assembly. Sharp edges are removed from both the inside and outside of the pipe, preventing injuries, equipment damage, and mounting problems.
We also offer cut-to-size tubes using high-precision sawing technology. Whether you require standard or special lengths, each pipe is cut exactly to size with tight tolerances and delivered clean, straight and ready for installation in your scaffolding system or construction project.
Tube production
Each aluminum tube is precisely cut to the length specified by the customer and marked every two feet with an inkjet print on which the alloy type and lot number are indicated. This ensures full traceability throughout the entire product life cycle. Production follows strict quality control procedures, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.
Packaging
The tubes are uniformly packed for safe and efficient transport: 200 aluminum tubes per bundle and 61 galvanized steel tubes per bundle.
The loading layout of the containers is optimized for maximum payload and stability. Thanks to the patented HSS dolly system, containers can be loaded safely and efficiently onto the MAXX and unloaded again on arrival.
Standards and compliance
All Holland Scaffold Supply products are designed and tested in full compliance with the latest European standards, including NEN-EN 74-1:2022 for couplers and accessories, NEN-EN 39 for steel tubes and NEN-EN 12811-2 for aluminum scaffolding.
Our right-angle and swivel wedge couplings are identical to Van Thiel couplers and fully comply with the EN 74 Class B requirements. All production processes are carried out under ISO 9001 certified quality management systems, ensuring consistent product quality and full compatibility with global scaffolding systems.
